Factory Production Control Certificate (BC:1-2012)
Being a FPC Certified Bolt manufacturer to BS 4190:2017 in accordance to BC1, we are fully complying and committed to adhere to industry standards initiated by Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) and its introduction of the concept of Factory Production Control (FPC) Certificate has ensured the reliability of steel products.
FPC (BC1) manufacturing procedures starting from ensuring the right feedstock quality with 100% testing done by 3rd party Singlas Accredited Test Lab. Material will only be used upon QC certified feedstock material comply to Class 1, BS 4190: 2017 Grade 8.8, 10.9 requirements.
During the production of bolts, in line with FPC (BC1) manufacturing procedure, we ensure quality check at every station, starting from cutting to threading, bending, coating and packing. QC will do a final checking, an Inspection Certificate to EN 10204 – 3.1 will be issued and the goods are ready for delivery.
