Cast-in anchor bolts or and rods come in a variety of configurations depending on the needs of the building project, the threaded portion is the only common element projecting from the concrete to secure any framework or building structure required.

Anchor bolts is used to support structural steel columns, lamp poles, signage structures, bridge , equipment, and many other applications. It is embedded into the concrete to anchor down structure column.

We are confident with the products, but we know just confidence itself isn’t enough. Lian Seng Hardware is providing Material Certification for every products sold, indicating the chemical composition and mechanical composition such as Tensile strength , Yield strength and Hardness. Those value are referencing from raw material mill certificate, with the support of local testing results.

In order to standardize quality controls, many QC institution & Authority including BCA (Building & Construction Authority) are now demand only FPCC(Factory Production Control Certified) company involve in the project’s supplies.
